This one is one of my pantry favorites. Just add 1 jar of Southern Six Bean Soup Mix, 5 cups of water, 1 can diced tomatoes with italian seasoning, 2 smoked ham hocks or 8 oz smoked sausage link sliced in a large stock pot. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours until beans are tender.

Ingredients: Lima beans, kidney beans, northern beans, red beans, navy beans, pinto beans, bay leaves, minced onion, parsley, beef bouillon, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
